In his statement, Özsoy said, “Every term, during school, assignment and transfer periods, there is a tightness in the market regarding rental houses. In previous terms, high prices were added to this tightness and a bubble was formed. Since there are enough rental houses in the market during this period, there will be no excessive pricing. On the contrary, there will be a horizontal pricing parallel to inflation.
