The decisions taken by the Fenerbahçe Sports Club Board of Directors on 18.03.2024 are stated below.

1- In accordance with subparagraph (c) of the second paragraph of Article 20 of our Charter, upon the request of the entire Board of Directors, it has been decided to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting with the following agenda. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 17.00 at Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex, Kadıköy, Istanbul. “If the required majority is not achieved, the meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the same place and time, with the same agenda, without requiring a majority.”
